Platform Coverage
Delivery spans the full Microsoft 365 platform, including Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, Access Reviews, and external identity collaboration. Security and compliance capabilities include Microsoft Purview for retention, records management, DLP, eDiscovery, audit, and information protection, along with Defender for Office 365 and related security controls where applicable.
Collaboration and content workloads include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva components, and Stream on SharePoint, with governance and lifecycle considerations applied across each service. Messaging and communication platforms include Exchange Online, mail flow configuration, retention, security controls, and mailbox management.
Power Platform delivery includes Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse, environment strategy, and governance. End-user productivity and automation include Microsoft 365 Apps such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including Excel VBA macros, Office Scripts, document templates, add-ins, and integration patterns. Supporting workloads may also include Forms, Planner, To Do, Loop, and Whiteboard as required by the environment.
