Platform Coverage
Delivery spans the full Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud ecosystem. Identity and access management includes Microsoft Entra ID, Conditional Access, Identity Protection, Privileged Identity Management, Access Reviews, and external identity collaboration. Endpoint and device management include Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance enforcement, configuration management, application deployment, and secure endpoint lifecycle control.
Security and compliance capabilities include Microsoft Purview for retention, records management, DLP, eDiscovery, audit, and information protection, along with Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and related threat protection controls. Work is performed with consideration for regulated and GCC-aligned environments, including auditability and security boundary enforcement.
Azure platform services include Azure Functions, Function Apps (Linux/Python), Azure resource management, identity-integrated services, API development and integration layers, and event-driven cloud architectures. Solutions may leverage Azure-native services to enable scalable, secure, and modular application patterns.
Power Platform delivery includes Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Pages, and Dataverse, with emphasis on enterprise governance, environment strategy, and integration with Azure and external systems. AI-enabled workflows, classification systems, and intelligent automation patterns may be implemented across services where applicable.
Collaboration and content workloads include SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Viva components, and Stream on SharePoint, with governance and lifecycle considerations applied across each service. Messaging platforms include Exchange Online, mail flow architecture, retention, and security controls.
End-user productivity and extensibility include Microsoft 365 Apps such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, including advanced automation through Office Scripts, VBA, add-ins, and integration patterns. Supporting workloads may also include Forms, Planner, To Do, Loop, and Whiteboard as required by the environment.
